With over 30 years of experience, Tim is an integral part of the AC Martin production team. His organizational skills are a strong asset in the assembly, coordination, and production of construction documents. Having worked on some of the firm’s most significant projects, as well as working with various alternative delivery methods, Tim is well-versed in the intricacies of documenting and constructing large scale building projects, often with multiple phases and schedule and site constraints, often providing Quality Control checks for several projects in the office. He has recently completed work on the LEED Platinum certified UC Davis Medical Center North Addition Office Building and the LEED Gold certified Wilshire Grand Center. Tim received his Bachelor of Architecture and Environmental Design from the University of Minnesota.
