He thrives in complex and demanding Design-Build settings, with a proven track record navigating successful pursuits for large complex projects, collaborating closely with contractors, engineers, trade partners, and stakeholders, always aspiring for holistic design solutions that align the complex needs of users with the realities of the built environment. Niccolo is an AIA and NCARB member, a SCUP Emerging Leader, and is a registered architect in California with a Master of Architecture from the University of Cincinnati.
