With over 20 years of experience, Janet has extensive experience in both design and management of various project types and complexities, ranging from multifamily, mixed-use, affordable housing and hospitality to commercial tenant improvement and building repositioning. As a Project Director, Janet is responsible for leading Northern California’s Pleasanton office. While Janet has deep roots and knowledge of the Los Angeles area, she carries her expertise and strengths to the Bay Area and works closely with clients, serving that region’s market.

Having worked on the owner’s side for many years and being well versed in alternate delivery methods prior to joining the firm, Janet plays both a core leadership role on her projects bridging the needs of an owner with design and construction. She is heavily involved with all phases of the design consistently guiding each project to its successful completion. Another of Janet’s attributes is her ability to juggle the aesthetics, constructability and budgetary constraints recognizing that project challenges are equal to their opportunities
