Ardent on Van Nuys Groundbreaking

LOS ANGELES, CA - A groundbreaking ceremony was held to celebrate the start of a highly anticipated transit-oriented development that will bring much-needed workforce, affordable, and market-rate housing to the San Fernando Valley neighborhood of Los Angeles. The project will include 332 residential units, contributing to the diverse housing options in the community. Alliant Communities expressed pride in playing a role in strengthening the city’s growing fabric by providing housing that supports a range of income levels. This development is set to enhance access to public transit, creating a more connected and inclusive neighborhood for current and future residents. Milender White is the General Contractor.
