Design x Diversity Day 2025

On April 4th, AC Martin proudly participated in Design x Diversity Day, an annual event hosted by Architecture for Communities Los Angeles (ACLA) at Pasadena City College. This year’s celebration honored the legacy of the visionary architect César Pelli, whose work continues to inspire future generations of designers.
The day featured a student design competition, engaging activities, and a strong sense of community around equity and inclusion in architecture. AC Martin’s team of talented designers hosted a hands-on AI-powered activity at our booth that sparked creativity and imagination. Students were invited to either build a structure out of LEGOs or sketch a design on paper. Our team then photographed their creations and used AI tools to generate stunning architectural renderings based on their work—bringing their ideas to life in exciting, unexpected ways.
From LEGO to rendering: A creative future architect builds their vision, snaps a photo, and watches AI transform it into a stunning digital design. Innovation starts with imagination!

We’re incredibly grateful to our staff who volunteered their time and creativity to introduce students to the possibilities of design and technology. It was truly inspiring to see the next generation of creative minds explore architectural thinking and have fun doing it.
Thank you to ACLA and Pasadena City College for hosting such a meaningful and engaging event!
