AC Martin Principal, Susan O'Connell, has been named a Woman of Influence in Construction, Engineering & Architecture by the Los Angeles Business Journal.
Susan’s career is marked by transformative leadership, innovative design, and a deep commitment to excellence in architecture. Her extensive portfolio includes large, complex projects that have reshaped the architectural landscape of California and beyond, including many higher education projects for the CSU System, UC System, and private universities. Project types include student housing, student success centers, and science and engineering buildings. Susan holds a leadership position on the Design-Build Institute of America (DBIA) Regional and National Boards, where she advances industry standards and practices for collaborative project delivery.
