Affordable Housing Project Topped Out

The Brine, a new 100% affordable housing mixed-use project in the Lincoln Heights neighborhood of East Los Angeles has topped out. The project will include 97 units of affordable and permanent supportive housing, as well as commercial space, medical offices, facilities for social services, and a market.
